Our strategy is focused on the consistent increase of value creation in the building and infrastructure sectors, with a strong emphasis on further developing wienerberger into a leading full-service provider of solutions for the building envelope as well as for energy and water management in infrastructure. The objective is a sustainable increase in corporate value while taking environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects into account.

Our strategy is built on three central pillars: innovation, operational excellence, M&A and portfolio optimization.

Geographically, we focus on our core markets in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and North America, where we continue to systematically develop and expand our core segments of new build, renovation, and infrastructure.
