Region North America

In the North America region, wienerberger is positioned as a provider of ceramic façade and piping solutions for residential and commercial construction. Through strategic acquisitions, we have progressively expanded and sustainably strengthened our market presence in recent years.

In the piping segment, the focus is on sustainable water supply, functional stormwater drainage, and responsible wastewater management. In the façade business, wienerberger offers a versatile range of building materials made of ceramic, calcium silicate, and concrete for both new build and renovation projects.

Region West

The Region West comprises the markets in Northern and Western Europe, including the United Kingdom. In these markets, wienerberger offers system solutions for the entire building envelope – from interior and exterior walls and roofs to façades – as well as paving solutions for public spaces, agriculture, and gardens. Innovative, sustainable solutions made from plastic and ceramic piping systems for wastewater and stormwater management; sanitary, heating, and cooling technologies; and energy and potable water supply complete the portfolio.

Region Central & East

The region Central & East brings together the markets in Central Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe, as well as selected emerging markets. As in the region West, the portfolio in the region Central & East includes solutions for the building envelope (walls, roofs, façades), paving, wastewater and stormwater management, sanitary, heating, and cooling technologies, as well as energy, gas, and potable water supply.

In India, we are represented by our own production site for backing wall solutions, enabling us to specifically address the requirements of the local market.

New build

With a comprehensive portfolio of innovative and sustainable solutions for the building envelope and paving, wienerberger supports new build projects – from planning through execution. Our integrated systems for walls, roofs, and façades are used in single-family homes and multi-story residential buildings as well as in office buildings, hospitals, schools, and kindergartens. They embody high energy efficiency, durability, and living comfort, setting benchmarks for futureready construction. Specially developed solutions contribute to the realization of net-zero buildings.

A particular focus is placed on increasing efficiency in construction processes: prefabricated solutions, system components, and automation – such as the use of our WLTR construction robot – shorten construction times and increase cost efficiency while maintaining consistently high execution quality. In addition, digital technologies and services facilitate precise planning.

The continued high demand for housing enables us to continue growing in new build. With its diversified solutions portfolio, new build therefore remains a central pillar of wienerberger’s growth strategy, even under challenging market conditions.

Renovation & refurbishment

The renovation and refurbishment segment is an important driver of organic growth for wienerberger and, at the same time, a key lever for sustainable construction in the existing building stock. With our sustainable solutions for roofs, walls, and façades, as well as our paving and piping system solutions, we support the modernization of existing buildings in line with the requirements of climate change. We focus on tailored solutions and services that facilitate implementation.

With the acquisition of Terreal, wienerberger has strengthened its position in the renovation and refurbishment market, particularly in the roofing segment, and unlocked additional growth potential. From tiles for every roof type and ceramic accessories to technical products such as wind and fall protection systems or the latest photovoltaic systems, we offer country-specific, end-to-end roofing solutions that combine design, functionality, and climate resilience. Supportive services such as calculation tools and visualization software assist in project implementation.

Infrastructure solutions

With its solutions brand Pipelife, wienerberger serves the infrastructure solutions market in water and energy management. The portfolio ranges from gas, water, wastewater, and stormwater systems to solutions for energysupply and data transmission, as well as specialized products for industrial applications. Our innovative solutions provide the foundation for high-performance, safe, and sustainable infrastructure – in buildings, underground, and even on the seafloor. In this way, wienerberger supports municipalities, utility providers, agriculture, and industrial customers. We also offer comprehensive solutions for private households, ranging from electrical, heating, and cooling installations to potable water, rainwater, and garden irrigation systems.

Our market leadership is underpinned by particularly durable, sustainable materials and state-of-the-art technologies that help optimize operations and maintenance processes and form the basis for safe, resource-efficient supply systems.
